over beers at music on main, tony ran into a friend who suggested we all go camping the following weekend. the two longtime friends knew the exact spot for the saturday outing and i was excited as it would be the first time tony and i been camping together.
the saturday began lazy and relaxed. as the morning slowly transitioned into the afternoon, we loaded the gear and leroy into the truck and headed out of town. there were miles of beautiful country my eyes and ears took in. and after a quick stop for some wood, we made the final turn down a narrow dirt road.
